EPC's Unique Recovery System
EPC's unique recovery CD is a program supplied with all of our "McCoy"
systems.(Can also be configured for existing machines).
Running the program, (in conjuction with the accompanying boot disk)
will restore your "McCoy's" operating system and supplied
software, just as it was delivered. As our "McCoy" systems
are custom configured (both hardware and software), no two recoveries
are the same, and as such each has its own serial number.
It does this by formatting your boot partition and simultaneously re-instating
a sector by sector copied image of your original configuration. (Average
recovery time is less than 10 minutes... seriously true!).
Your
My Documents folder is kept on another partition, protecting it from
our recovery program. We encourage you to store any other critical data
here away from your boot partition, and most importantly, keeping backups
on other media.
